Graham & Laing Research Group is a Canadian consultancy dedicated to supporting transformation systems change in complex social service ecosystems. With deep expertise in health equity, homelessness systems, housing policy, and practical human services innovation, our consultants partner with academics, communities, governments, and non-profits to develop integrated solutions that center people with lived and living experience.
We bring together a cross-disciplinary team of consultants with backgrounds in development economics, public sector reform, participatory design, systems strategy, and community organizing. We are connected by a shared commitment to dignity, equity, and data justice.
